Namelok Christian Academy, founded by FireWind Ministries in 2017, is a faith-based school located in a remote region of Maasai-land in Kenya. Established to serve a previously unreached community, the school was created to provide safe, accessible education rooted in Christian values.
What began as a small preschool and 1st-grade program has grown into a thriving academy serving students through 8th grade, now educating over 150 children. With the addition of new classrooms in 2025 and a partnership with a local girls’ boarding school, Namelok continues to expand its impact—offering protection, opportunity, and hope, especially for vulnerable young girls.
The academy provides a well-rounded education including core academic subjects, agriculture, creative arts, and Christian Religious Education (C.R.E.), all centered on sharing the truth and love of Jesus Christ.
Serving a traditionally nomadic Maasai community, where access to education has historically been limited, Namelok Christian Academy stands as a beacon of light—empowering children from low-income and vulnerable backgrounds with the tools, faith, and knowledge to build a brighter future.
