Transitional Housing Program

A Bridge from Orphanage to Adulthood

At Tsalach Foundation, we believe every young adult deserves the opportunity to step into independence with confidence, purpose, and support. Our Transitional Housing Program is designed specifically for aged-out youth from orphanages—those who often find themselves without guidance, resources, or a stable home once they reach adulthood.

This program provides more than just housing—it offers hope, structure, and direction. Tsalach Foundation provides safe, fully furnished homes where young adults can live while receiving the mentorship, life skills, and emotional support they need to thrive.

Through individualized counseling, career coaching, educational support, and goal-setting, participants are guided toward personal growth and self-sufficiency. Each resident is paired with mentors who help them build confidence, set life goals, and gain practical skills in budgeting, employment, and community engagement.

Our mission is to create a bridge between orphanage life and independent adulthood—a place where young people can develop, heal, and prepare to become productive, compassionate contributors to society.

At Tsalach Foundation, we don’t just provide a place to live; we provide a foundation for a brighter future.
