The Tsalach Foundation Community Outreach Program is committed to improving the health and well-being of underserved communities by providing essential resources, education, and compassionate care. Through bi-monthly neighborhood events, Tsalach offers free meals, health screenings, and wellness education designed to promote healthier lifestyles and long-term wellness.
In partnership with local clinics and community organizations, Tsalach ensures that participants—especially those without insurance—have continued access to vital care. Support services include follow-up health monitoring, Medicaid and Medicare application assistance, and educational workshops that encourage sustainable healthy habits.
Beyond medical support, the program provides free clothing and food distributions, nutrition education led by certified specialists, and the signature “Fresh Fridays” initiative, which delivers fresh produce and hosts sessions on healthy eating and access to local fresh-food markets.
Through these efforts, the Tsalach Foundation strives to build lasting community partnerships and create a culture of health, hope, and empowerment—where every individual has the opportunity, knowledge, and support to thrive.
We work closely with community leaders and social workers to identify families in need or those willing to foster children. Each family undergoes screening, training, and ongoing monitoring to ensure a safe, nurturing environment for the child.
Your support provides monthly stipends, school fees, and healthcare for children and foster families. Even a small gift helps prevent family separation and keeps a child in a loving home where they can grow and dream again.

You can volunteer as a mentor, partner with us through your organization or church, or help raise awareness about family-based care. Every voice and helping hand makes a difference.

Children thrive in family environments where they experience love, stability, and personal attention. Orphanages often lack emotional connection and individualized care, while family-based support helps children develop confidence, social skills, and a sense of belonging.
